man is a rational animal, he is capable of handling changes in life, life can't be constant for anyone, the uncertainty or the unpredictability of life is the interesting part of the life which makes us interested to live.
Every day will not bring good experiences to people. you could be leading a happy life and suddenly a single day can change the perspective of your life. a day can come with unimaginable quantity of changes into one's life.
now the interesting part, how to handle such changes. There is no single specific way for handling all those issues caused by changes in life, if you can tell me the specific situation you are in, we can discuss further.

If you see life in biological terms, you will see that it is never constant right, changes are obvious. So the same way emotionally,spiritual,psychological changes are needed. Experiences whether good or bad happen and there is growth, you start thinking out of the box, your outlook towards life broadens and it raises your thinking to a different level everytime. When your life moves on smoothly you might be happy but the life's purpose is not fulfilled, you dont learn anything unless you experience potholes and speedbreakers on the road of life. Looking at the topic from a different direction, if life goes on smoothly without any considerablly significant and jolting incedents and experiences life becomes boring. What makes life exciting is the roller coaster graph that it brings out. Everytime you come out a bad experience you are happier, stronger and prepared for the next spiritual level. Enjoy life... be happy when life gives you jolts its giving you a chance to become better everytime... cheers to life!! :)
